  • Woking v Dartford (OVER 1.5 GOALS) Best Odds: 1/3 (1.33) bet 365 | Position: n/a | Game: Conference Premier - 7.45 PM KO (Neutral)
The last 3 recent meetings between Woking and Dartford have finished 4-1, 3-0 and 5-1. We’re looking for over 1.5 goals today and we’re looking for any of these 2 sides to bag them. Woking have started the season off very strongly with a 3-1 win away at Alfreton while Dartford suffered defeat at home to Wrexham. Both sides conceding on the opening day and over 2.5 goals in each fixture adds more promise for 2 goals or more in this fixture tonight.

  • Real Madrid Best Odds: 4/9 (1.44) Coral | Position: n/a | Game: UEFA Super Cup - 7.45 PM KO (Neutral)
European Champions Real Madrid are expected to field the world's most expensive strike force tonight and we can't wait to see it. If you don't trust the Galacticos defense you could jump on Real Madrid to score over 1.5 goals as similar odds, but we fancy them to out score Sevilla today. The Europa cup winners don't make it easy for their Spanish rivals, but this should be a win on the return home for Gareth Bale as the match will be played in Wales. Sevilla sold their best player Croatian midfielder Ivan Rakitic this summer and should not be as strong without him. Bale, Ronaldo & James Rodriguez cost nearly three times more (£240) than the entire Sevilla squad (£86m).
  • Reading Best Odds: 4/9 (1.44) bet 365 | Position: n/a | Game: Capital One Cup - 7.45 PM KO (Home)
Reading are likely to give debuts to Anton Ferdinand, Simon Cox and Jamie Mackie tonight and that could spell trouble for League Two Newport who went down 2-0 on the opening day fixtures. Reading started the season with a very credible draw away to Wigan who plenty fancy to be around the top spots come the end of the season, Reading were actually winning that game until a stoppage time goal. Reading will look to put previous league cup horrors behind them when they have suffered a couple of heavy defeats in recent years, now they will face a team they should be beating with ease. The Reading post reported earlier today that a Thai deal is nearing completion to takeover the club from Madejski and that can only spell relief for everyone at the club as the owner has been looking to sell for a awhile, the club can now try to progress.
  • Watford (QUALIFY) Best Odds: 2/5 (1.4) bet 365 | Position: | Game: Capital One Cup - 7.45 PM KO (Away)
Stevenage have injury worries and that will not help them when facing pretty much fully loaded Watford side that look hungry for success this year. Watford have not lost any of their last 10 league cup games at this stage, only once exiting through penalties back in August 2011 - telling us 9/10 times they have managed a qualification here and we like our chances. Stevenage squeezed an opening day 1-0 win against Hartlepool at the weekend, but face a much tougher opponent today. Watford boss Beppe Sannino has said his players will need to play with their heads to be triumphant and also noted that his team are well aware of physical power and strengths of Stevenage.
  • Today's Tips
  • Ipswich (DOUBLE CHANCE WIN/DRAW) Best Odds: 2/5 (1.4) bet 365 | Position: n/a | Game: League Cup 7.45 PM - 7.45 PM KO (Away)
After their impressive start to the new season in the Championship under Mick McCarthy. Ipswich travel to Crawley who have never won a first round tie in normal time. Ipswich made the semi-final in the 2010/11 season. There is a good chance former Dortmund striker Bajner will get more time tonight who we fancy grabbing a goal against this standard of opposition. This is the first time these 2 sides have ever played each other and we believe Ipswich have more than enough not to lose the game in normal time.
  • Luton v Swindon (OVER 1.5 GOALS) Best Odds: 3/10 (1.3) bet 365 | Position: n/a | Game: League Cup - 7.45 PM KO (Neutral)
Luton have carried the momentum of promotion back into the football league by securing a 1-0 win against Carlisle away last Saturday. Despite that win, they are missing four key players who picked up injuries in that fixture (Alex Lawless, Jonathan Smith, Shaun Whalley and Andy Parry). This is Luton’s first appearance in this competition since the 2008/09 season and they will be testing themselves against a stronger opponent than they are used to. Swindon have won 4 of their last 5 matches against teams from lower divisions and the absence of first team players from Luton should ease this tip in nicely.
  • Nottingham Forest Best Odds: 4/6 (1.66) bet 365 | Position: n/a | Game: League Cup - 7.45 PM KO (Away)
Tranmere are without captain Marcus Holness after picking up an injury against York at the weekend which finished 1-1. Tranmere have only won 1 of their last 6 homes matches in all competitions. Stuart Pearce has said he is naming a strong side with inclusion of Hobbs, Lansbury, Vaughan, McAnuff, Simpson and Henderson. Nottingham Forest have only lost one of their last 7 first round matches in this competition. A lot of quality in this side tonight backed up by the return of Pearce which has the club and it’s fans on a real high.
