    Has anyone else been getting charged 2 payments of £4.99 a month rather than just one payment? It’s happened 2 months in a row now and despite me emailing and tweeting them they have not responded to me or reimbursed me what I have over-paid

    Happend to me but i emaild them and they fix it. Try to tweet more than once.
