  • Man City Best Odds: 1/3 (1.33) Coral | Position: n/a | Game: FA Cup - 12.45 PM KO (Away)
City will have a weakened team going into this one, but it’s still a team more than capable of competing at Premier League level. So a trip to Ewood Park should be no real threat to the blues. This will be Pellegrini’s first taste of the FA Cup so he will want to record a win. David Silva returns from suspension, he could start and that will be a real worry to the Blackburn faithful, the creative midfielder should at least play some part in the game. City were knocked out in a shock final result last year, they should be able to see their way beyond the third round.

  • Motherwell (DOUBLE CHANCE WIN/DRAW) Best Odds: 3/10 (1.34) Ladbrokes | Position: 2nd | Game: Scotland Premier - 12.45 PM KO (Home)
Motherwell are on a good run of late winning their last five and improving all the time has seen them rise to second. Their opponents Inverness haven’t won in their last four and suffered a home defeat to second bottom last time out. Motherwell will be without their loan keeper Dan Twardzik who returns to Dundee after some great displays. Inverness have some injury concerns in the middle of the park which could result in them changing their shape and perhaps going a bit longer than they usually do, which may play into the hands of Motherwell. With home advantage and form on their side we can’t see Motherwell losing this one.
  • Everton Best Odds: 2/5 (1.4) bet 365 | Position: n/a | Game: FA Cup - 3.00 PM KO (Home)
Everton will rest some players, but they still have good players coming in. Nikica Jelavic could make his first start since September, he’ll be looking to impress if he is to ever force his way back into the starting line-up at Goodison Park. If the Croation doesn't play then it’s likely the impressive Mirallas will take centre stage upfront and that would be just fine with us. It’s been reported that Redknapp will rest several players including Danny Simpson and Richard Dunne which will weaken the QPR back line and they haven’t exactly been banging the goals in at the other end of the pitch.
  • TNS Best Odds: 4/7 (1.62) Betfair | Position: 1st | Game: Wales Premier - 2.30 PM KO (Away)
TNS seem to have recovered from their dip in form with a 5-1 hammering of Newtown. TNS have been solid in this fixture in the past winning 13 of the 19 games they have played away to Bangor City. The home side have been in good form lately, but when it’s all said and done not many teams can compete with TNS in this league and anything other than a win for TNS would be a bit of a shock result. TNS have two players out (Steve Evans & Scott Ruscoe), but TNS manager Craig Harrison has the rest of his squad fit and ready to go. The gap at the top for TNS has slipped to just two points and that will give them all the influence they need to go out and win.

  • Aston Villa (SECOND HALF RESULT) Best Odds: 17/20 (1.85) Bet Victor | Position: n/a | Game: FA Cup - 3.00 PM KO (Home)
Villa have named a strong squad, but are unlikely to use their first team forwards from the start. If the players coming in can’t get the job done then the likes of Agbonlahor and Benteke will be on the bench ready to step in. Benteke is on a serious goal drought after being so impressive last season, a bit of time to find a goal against a League One side would go down a treat for the front man. Sheffield United have been less than impressive this season which sees them down in 18th spot. Villa should have enough strength to win the second half and certainly the game.
  • Stoke City Best Odds: 6/5 (2.2) Skybet | Position: n/a | Game: FA Cup - 3.00 PM KO (Home)
Stoke have named a full squad with the exception of injured players including Robert Huth, Stephen Ireland and Asmir Begovic. Stoke got promoted into the Premier League after a 0-0 draw with Leicester, but they will need to go one better today for this bet to land. Jack Butland was desperately unlucky not to have a clean sheet after coming on as a half-time sub against Everton only to concede an injury time penalty. Stoke don’t have a huge squad so many of their Premier League starters are expected to play in this one. Leicester are in good form and sit top of the Championship, perhaps they will remain focused on their league form to push into the promised land rather than attempt a cup run at this stage. Stoke are good side at home, if they can beat Chelsea and draw with Everton they can certainly win against the foxes.
  • Newport County Best Odds: 5/6 (1.83) bet 365 | Position: 8th | Game: League Two - 3.00 PM KO (Home)
There is a dodgy pitch involved in this one, but Newport are desperate to get the game on against bottom of the league Northampton. Newport have won seven of their nine home games and they’they've scored 21 goals in those games. Northampton have won one in 13 away games and scored just 5 times on the road, not exactly stellar form. Looking around at the fans forum, they don’t have much optimism for the game. Northampton look like prime relegation candidates and we don’t see them turning it around against promotion chasing Newport Country.
