2nd v 15th here as Oldenburg face a struggling Hamburger side. Oldenburg have won 8 of the 13 played so far this season losing just 2,the majority of these against teams stronger than today’s opponent. Hamburger are near the foot of the table and have lost 3 of their 4 home games so far, stark contrast to Oldenburg who are now unbeaten in 8 games.

Marseille have lost their last 6 Champions League fxtures including qualifiers & have conceded at least 2 goals in all of these. The last meeting away in the Champions League saw Napoli have 11 shots. 4 on target, 6 off target and 1 blocked. Marseille managed 9 shots of which only 2 were on target. Napoli will dominate at home and we should see Marseille limited to very little if no clear cut chances tonight. The difference between them and the other teams in the group is evident that they are not quite up to standard. They are yet to even pick up a point and we don’t think that’s going to happen tonight.

Chelsea are big favourites today and while they may pick up a win we couldn’t comfortably tip it knowing that Schalke will likely score. To ask Chelsea to hold their guests to nill two games running is a huge task, this was the first time Schalke have failed to score in the Champions League in 14 games, a period which has seen them net against Arsenal, Manchester United and Galatasaray. Schalke are looking to change things up tonight and play on the counter as Chelsea did in the opening leg, they need to pick up points to stay above Basel and scoring is the only way to achieve this.

Madrid are 3-0 up on aggregate having dominated the first leg, they play on their home turf today looking to maintain their run in this seasons competition which has seen them win all games. We expect Madrid to bag a goal or two and considering Costa is currently La Liga’s top scorer(a league containing both Ronaldo and Messi) he has scored in their last 4 league wins and bagged 2 against Vienna last time out.
